Life Insurance


The group life insurance is composed of full-time or part-time United States civilian employees paid on the United States dollar payroll, off-duty United States military persons holding a regular appointment, retirees and eligible former employees are eligible to participate in the Life Insurance Plan.
 

To qualify for Free Life Insurance, former employees/retirees must be enrolled in the Plan on the day before loss of coverage, be age 62 and older with at least 15 years (cumulative total) of participation in the Plan.

 


Supplemental Life - Effective Jan 1, 2013

Eligible employees have the option to purchase additional life insurance.  

  • One times basic term life coverage
  • Two times basic term life coverage
